picture shows up dark but was red and bloody, server never checked; when she came with the bill told her i could not eat the steak.. she took steak away; manger comes out yells; you ate the steak and you don't want to pay for it...

He took 2. off the bill ... will NEVER Go back to Carrabbas... Tampa International Airport.

3/30/15 1:30 p.m. "Craig" manager; Server "Shannon" seemed they worked it together :/ Humiliated ... paid bill left. Tried calling corporate..

had to leave a message. not sure if this will get to them or not...

It is NOT about the money.. it's about poor service and then being Embarrased and Humiliated in front of people and just NOT BEING TREATED RIGHT....

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $24.

Preferred solution: not about the money... but manager "Craig" at carrabbas Tampa internation airport 3/30/2015 and Shannon should not be working for a company that deals with people. .

That steak looks like the right temp to me. Juices and blood are entirely different things.

Also, if it was undercooked there would be a bluish tinge to the meat. In any case, all you had to do was ask for a recook. It wouldn't take long. Even from rate to well done is a matter of minutes.

In any case, calling corporate over an issue you refused to remedy at the time is laughable.

People like you are the reason I left the service industry. I'd rather eat glass than be the manage on the receiving end of your money grubbing attention grabbing hissy fit.

after the first *** you should have sent it back. there's nothing to be embarrassed about except for the fact you were trying to get out of paying for something.
