DISAPPOINTING FOOD

WE HAVE BEEN SOLID CUSTOMERS SINCE MOVING TO THE VALLEY YEARS AGO AND HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED THEIR FOOD. LAST NIGHT WE WENT OUT FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE COVID. i AM 87 AND MY WIFE WHO HAD COVID IS 85. WE WERE READY FOR SOME GREAT ITALIAN FOOD. WE BOTH ORDERED THE VEAL SCALLOPINNII AND IT WAS TOUGH AND I MEAN REALLY TOUGH. THE WAITER SAID HE WAS SORRY AND GAVE US A DISH OF ICE CREAM. WE ASKED TO SEE AND TALK TALK TO THE MANAGER. SHE FINALLY DID COME OVER AND WAS TOLD ABOUT THE MEAL. SHE NODDED HER HEAD SEVERAL TIMES AND THEN LEFT US........NEVER TO RETURN. IT WAS A SUPER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. WE COULD HAVE SPENT THE $88.00 ELSEWHERE WHERE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED. AND SHE CAME O

Dine rewards points

On 7/12/21 ordered carryout meal, Ticket 0074; 6:27 pm from Carrabba's in Baltimore, Md, told girl I wanted Dine Rewards point added and gave her my number. My check was $21.51. She said she would do same. It was not done. I called store this afternoon, folks very rude, hung up on me twice, then told to call 1-800 number and they didn't know what that number was. I eat here often and just like doing the Dine Rewards points here and at Outback. Thanks. Nancy Trueheart

Restaurants are begging for workers right now. You can easily get another restaurant job far quicker than this Carrabbas can find a replacement worker.

Charged Too Much

My friend and I both ordered Spaghetti Pomodoro. I requested an extra side order of (3) meatballs. I was charged $4.00 for the side order And An Additional $2.50 + $2.50 for extra meatballs on our plates we didn't request and didn't get. So, $5.00 for Nothing.

Unhappy with service.

Arrived at 7:20 pm at Carrabbas in Ocala on highway 200 . 1 1/2 hrs to be seated , another 15 minutes to get a server another 20 minutes for the drinks, 15 minutes for the salad and didnt get our meal until 9:30.The staff was in walking around in confusion, there was no organization given by the female manager that was in charge, she was worse than the servers. There were enough employees there but nobody to give good directions to run the place. This manager should not be running the place until she is trained better and that goes for the staff. It used to be our favorite

Billy jenkins

I am applying for foods stamps because i am a diabetic and disabled. My daughter worked there. Billy refused to sign the paper because he said it was lying because she no longer works there. If from march to end of april. He us rude, you make him mad he changes schedule. If you do not fire him , you will loose my business and i will soread the word to everyone i know not to eat there. It was one of favorite places to eat but not anymore. You need to get rid of him. He has had about 5-7 people has quit over him. I will not eat there again if he's still there. Thank you sharon fincher

User's recommendation: Do not go to the north Charleston sc location. The gm named Billy Jenison is a jersey. Do not work for him. She has a short fuse. If you work for him and make him mad. Je will change your schedule very quickly. He has lost my business there unless he leaves.

DISGUSTING BATHROOM

The bathroom was full of P all over the floor *** on every single toilet smeared. When I told the manager she said she would clean it and never did.

Maybe you should clean it up since you think it is okay for another human being to clean up the *** of someone else. Not the manager's fault the people in your town are pigs and cannot use the washroom properly.

I made an online order and paid for it on 3/21/2021. However I couldnt tell prior to paying for the order that I was ordering from the wrong location. I meant to order from Macon ga but it was morrow ga. I called twice only for the managers to say they cant find my card number or receipt which doesnt make any sense that you guys cant find a receipt that was generated out of you own system . I need a call back ASAP for my refund. The BBB IS MY NEXT COURSE OF ACTION IF YOU CANT RESOLVE THIS ON YOUR OWN

If you had no issue eating the food you should have no issue paying for it. if you cannot afford to eat out visit a soup kitchen. I hope when you worked in hospitality you had customers like you, trying to get freebies.

The reason for this review is to let corporate know that the st. Lucie West's location has the best food, and the staff was the best.

Last night I got there with my family, we had a booth we waited for over 30 minutes to have a waiter to come serve us. As we were contemplating to leave without our food the manager came, and she was very apologetic. The manager was so nice and courteous the staff was also very nice and understanding and apologetic they came to see us several times to make sure that we were OK. This is a place that will bring my family again.

User's recommendation: The only recommendation that I will be making to future customers just be patient if you have the same manager that I had last night you’ll be happy at the end because she is very professional and courteous to her customers.
