Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. A very Nice gentleman; Joe with MGMT team contacted me today.

He was extremely empathetic and Nice also he was embarrassed that it took so long to get anyone to handle this matter on their end ! He was professional yet personable . Very Great to have a higher MGMT over 20+ years with a company personally contact me and be genuine. All I asked for was an apology and he was accommodating and more .

Couldn't even give me a call after I contacted corporate and then left a review on .p.o c ... I'd Not ever go back there and neither will the people I told about this incident ( I have a huge family and a lot of friends and associates in many States that Will NEVER go...

I'm livid because I was dining at your pine Island Cape Coral FL EST and not Only the "Emotional" support dog urinated from my booth while walking past but it Was NOT a ESA! It was a large longed haired dog with absolutely nothing to establish it Was a "ESA"!

It stood on the Booth and was hand fed by the gentleman More than once that brought it in, it was right next to The servers big tray while she was putting the food down ,and it was putting it's paws on the Booth when not being hand fed! There's an ordinance in Cape Coral that states any service animal is NOT allowed near or on the seating areas, Not to be fed, Not to be near utensils,plates,tables, to sit in an outside area,etc... I have pictures of all of This if you need to see them?! The manager didn't apologize to me when the dog urinated nor did not do anything else.

The hosts dry mopped the area and put a wet floor sign up...that's Gross especially in a restaurant! . The manager stated they called ahead and he told them it was ok to bring the dog inside beforehand.. what about all us patrons that were appalled that it wasn't a "ESA" long haired unkept bigger dog eating off the table by its owner, urinated while walking,and allergic?!

I asked for a box and tossed my food out at home. I'm disgusted... A gentleman asked to be moved with his wife...the mgr will Tell you because the table was wobbly but he requested it directly next to me: it was because of the dog!

Wasted over 50$$ Will pursue this because no one will call from Corp I don't want to speak to this manager again... The in the restraunt conversation was Blaise Not even an apology!

That is indeed not a service animal. A service animal would lie at the owner's feet and not beg for food or urinate on the floor.

The problem is, the manager can't risk kicking the person out if they insist it is a service animal.

What was within his power was to apologize to all the diners and offer the ones nearby a discount. Sorry that happened to you.

Exactly what my friend said about "the service" dog...it would sit by its owner and it would have discipline ,and not urinate! Thank you for the comment it's spot on :)!!

The mgr should of apologized . I understand his position but he didn't even apologize to us nor anyone else that was there way before the patrons with the dog

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the catering service I received from your establishment yesterday, March 18th, for my son's confirmation celebration.

I had placed an order for catering to accommodate 10 people, including a variety of items such as cannolis, Caesar salad, bread, and pasta.

However, upon receiving the order, I was shocked to discover several significant discrepancies that greatly impacted our event.

Firstly, the order only contained five cannolis instead of the expected quantity of 10. Additionally, there was no Caesar dressing and bread, despite these items being clearly specified in my order.

Upon contacting both ezCater and Carrabba's, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. It was disheartening to be accused of dishonesty by your staff when I simply sought resolution for the issues I encountered. The portion sizes of the pasta and Caesar salad provided were inadequate for the number of guests, leaving us embarrassed and unable to fully enjoy the meal.

Despite the efforts of the catering staff to assist me, I found the lack of accountability and assistance from Carrabba's management to be utterly unacceptable.

The excuse that certain items were "complimentary" does not justify their omission from the order, especially when they were clearly listed and paid for.

As someone who has frequently utilized catering services from various Italian restaurants in the past, I can confidently say that this experience with Carrabba's has been the most disappointing and unsatisfactory. It is regrettable that such a significant milestone celebration for my son was marred by the incompetence and indifference displayed by your establishment.

After my son's ceremony, I had to run out to get garlic bread and dressing for the salad.

I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and prioritize customer satisfaction and quality assurance moving forward.

The only refund you should get is for the missing food. You should pay for the food your son and friends and family ate. If you cannot afford to pay for it don't celebrate your son's birthday there.

My husband and I have been going to Carrabra's for years. We have in the past loved it. On Sat., we went and were told we would have to wait 15 minutes. We waited 55 minutes instead, even tough there were empty seating areas. We are retired and like to order the 10 dollar take home meals. We ordered fettuccine alfredo sides, creamed spinach, and asparagus. The asparagus was undercooked; the spinach was a wad of spinach leaves, no cream, and the alfredo was a wad of noodles, no sauce.

Assaulted by takeout person

I wanted to place a to go order by phone or website. Noone picked up the phone for ten minutes and the website was having issues.

I went to the store and had to wait for a while which I was not upset about as I could see the takeout person was busy. When I finally had the opportunity to place my order I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted to let them know about the problem with the phone and website. The takeout person cut me off and started screaming at me. I asked her to please not cut me off and never raised my voice.

She called me a b**** and screamed at me "my name is Patricia Alvarez and I'm 59 years old and I will not be spoken to in this way at my work." I asked her again to please let me finish and I admit that I then called her the b words since she felt it was ok to call me one. She then body slammed me and the manager told me to call the police which I did. Meanwhile, she was outside screaming to clock her out that "I want to *** this b*** up". The police officer on there phone heard this and told me to lock myself in my car until a police officer got there which I did and I told the officer what happened.

I said I wanted to press charges but he did not give me a case number. Today I got am email from the officer saying that I was the aggressor for making the complaint about the website and phone and that it was perfectly fine for Ms. Alvarez to body slam me and threaten to hurt me, that she did nothing wrong but doing this. I also found out that the manager to protect his skin.

I called the regional manager on the way home and three days later he still had not returned the call. If this is how Carrabas treats their customers, they should be put out of business.

Terrible waitress

I am a caregiver to my mother and come to your restaurant once every other week to get out of the house and not cook dinner. Here we are awaiting for even an acknowledgment that we are at the table which took about 15 minutes.

Cocktails where placed and we waited. Placed order and here comes the salad which took forever and after one bite here comes the dinner. Never offered another cocktail for dinner! Naomi spend 100.00 for what an aggravating dinner which isnt right!

The waitress shouldnt have been in this line of work! Never have I had such a horrible experience in your establishment!

I am asking for a complementary dinner to replace what we had! I have the receipt if needed.

They had no one in takeout, so I had to wait for the young lady who was seating people she said, Im by myself so youll have to wait until Im finish seating people, No smile, no sorry for your wait , sorry for the inconveniencetIt took 15 minutes for her to seat people , placed my order she said it would be 15 minutes that took 33 minutes, I ordered the shrimp and scallop alla vodka instead with Alfredo sauce and only shrimp, in my order I got 6 shrimp for $25 and change, what a ripoff !!! I called and left a message and no one returned my call !!!

I have called corporate 6xs left 4 messages with no response. I will never go back and the food had grit on the mushrooms on my chicken marsala. The waiter kept pushing to do his review for his free dinner??? Lunch costed $96.00 on a sign posted outside Lunch for $13.99.

Hello,

We went to the Wellington location and had a horrible experience. I have been in the service industry for over 10 years I never complain.

This was the worst including we were told the manger was coming over and NEVER DID. Our soups were cold both times we went it back. waiter forgot multiple items- drinks, sauces, water, plates for our app- our dinner came out and the pork chop was completely over cooked you couldnt even put a fork through it. My pasta was Cold.

The server was under the influence sweating completely and shaking as well as his tablet was in charge and died while taking our order TWICE!!!

We were told the manger was coming over waited 20 minutes and never did!!! It wasnt even busy server came back with one free dessert card and said sorry???

This was Friday night around 8pm my husband should still have the receipt I will ask when he gets home
