Terrible service at Bedford NH location. party of three.
They forgot to bring one drink. Brought meals before salads and to make up for that asked if we wanted them boxed to bring home? Really! Server forgot silverware setting after being reminded.
Garlic mashed potatoes were served cold, they did replace but those also became cold after a couple bites. Talked to manager the following day he said they May have had a couple hiccups. Did not want to acknowledge their shortcomings and did not seem to want to hear any mistakes under his watch.
Not the response a customer wants to hear. Will will not be back due to manager's attitude not just the service that night

The most disappointing in user's experience was ignoring my concerns and bad custmer service. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
