Called in a pick up order at 5:20 and was told by the person I spoke with that my order would be ready by 6:25. I get there and there is about 20 waiting outside for food, some placed their orders in at 4pm and 2 and a half hours later they are still waiting for their food.
Its now 9pm, the restaurant is now closed and still waiting for our food.
The manager keeps on telling us that the food is being cooked, then Heather disappears for an hour then says the food is being cooked.
. A gentleman complained to the manager that his food was supposed to be ready at 6:50 and 20 minutes later he somehow jumped in front of all of us waiting and got his food. There are still people here that ordered at 5pm and still waiting for food
The manager Heather is being rude to the customers when they ask why they were told food was going to be ready in 50 minutes when they called it in and 2+ hours later still not here.
Didnt once offer they big crowd an appetizer or apology.
I will never eat and order from here again! I will make sure all my friends on social media will know about this experience along with posting photos of this horrible service

Hi, my name is Autumn House I had worked in Pasadena Maryland for carrabbas and we experienced a couple of days of no wifi and no one communicated to me for how we would be accounted for the hours we worked, well on my last paycheck I only received 40$ for the one night we had wifi the other two days I worked with no wifi I have not been paid for and I notified the managers and was told it would be fixed next pay period, they havent paid me and I worked about 12-11 hours for both days together which is about 100$ Im owed I called them this morning and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and told me Id have to wait a month to be paid , at this point its wage theft I am on cameras both days in the restaurants i just moved to Ohio and need my last paycheck

I was at Carrabbas restaurant in Kingwood Texas 750 Kingwood Dr Kingwood Tx I had fallen in the restaurant it really hurt my knee it is hard to walk now as I was on the floor I heard someone state they needed to get the manager when she came not sure I really dont remember her name Im thinking its Maria Valdes this was on Saturday, September 18 around 8 PM she never really spoke to me the staff never went and got ice and asked me if they could do anything I know there are Procedures that need to be done and after I fell never saw anyone put out signs that floor was slippery the manager was no use to us shouldnt u help someone that had fallen need to say more I left voice mail but no more room here

I was hired in the to go at the carrabbas on Midlothian Tnpk in midlothian va. I only worked a week and two days and I was told at the last minute about a 70 question menu test.
Then I come to work during training and Im by myself nobody wanted to help. I walked out and the manager Heather called me and left a message and didnt hang up like she thought she did and I have a recording of her and a co worker who isnt a manager by the name of Alaini talking about me in an unprofessional manner.
I will be contacting my lawyer if I do not hear from somebody by Monday. Ive already emailed one time this week and no response

2 times wrongful termination
I first started working for this company February 2, 2020..... I was wrongfully terminated the day after Christmas 12/26/2020...
on 12/24/2020 I was on break and got robbed at gun point in the parking lot for $50 at the Myrtle Beach Store on 69th North Kings Hwy. It was around closing time when it happened... The reason that I got fired is because nobody is allow to take a smoke break, but the whole staff takes smoke breaks regularly... plus I had a manager permission to take the break I was fired by Clint but Clint made Andy fire me when Andy didnt want to be cause Im a good worker....
Thats the first time I was wrongfully terminated.... Im a cook and a fisher washer and I work salad side... I love working for the company and still wanna work for the company...
I had bump into the kitchen manger Niyo at court on March 9th 2021 he told me to call Andy cause they needed workers.., I called Andy hired me back saying that it was a mistake and it wasnt his call why I got wrongfully terminated... So I started back working for like a month or so...
on April 18th 2021 Car side server (Michelle) was complaint bout guest not tipping and the guest being rude... at the time my family was in the process of getting a lot of money and sueing someone so I was getting harassed by people while working... Michelle is a racist she put her finger in my face and curse me out claiming I was the reason people wasnt tipping so she came from car side and started a loud argument In the back of the house... Andy did not do the firing it was a manager that was stepping in from another store that fired me without good reasoning...
I feel like I was discriminated against for the 2nd time. First time I call corporate and gave a report over the phone... I would like somebody from corporate to call me. I was wrongly terminated without good reasoning at all.
I dont want this to happen to another family man just trying to take care his kids.
I will persist legal action case that was straight wrong especially for an employee that picks up any shift when asked... its a lot going on in that kitchen and I wanna tell my story since I was done wrong 2 times in less then a 2 year span...
